Review (Spoils): Well Chrome Skull (Nick Principe) is back and he finds out finds out after being reconstructed again in the head that someone has been faking as him and even killed his prize survivor girl (Bobbi Sue Luther) . With the help of  a woman named Spann (Danielle Harris )she bring him back and shows him love can be found again through another young girl to track down. This girl is Jess (Mimi Michaels).

This movie fails in a large way, number one the back story of Chrome Skull is finally revealed and it is as confusing as hell. They made the poor villain some type of FBI hidden project and his counterpart Preston (Brian Austin Green) tries to take over as Chrome Skull and even gets a nice little tattoo to match. Too be honest it does not work and it is just stupid it ruined the whole series. Too bad as this movie has lots of gore, lots of knives to the head and even some good ol’ gutting.

Rating:  This series had a great villain which I really thought would be become a new horror icon unfortunately the stupidity of the back story that Robert Hall created killed the character. Maybe a third movie can save this series but right now i could not careless if they did.
