Bad Biology (2008)

Bad Biology (2008)

Country:  USA

Director:  Frank Henenlotter

Main Stars: Charlee Danielson, Anthony Sneed

Storyline:  A young man and woman are looking for sexual fulfillment and when they met it turns into a freaky and bloody love story.

Review (Spoils): Ok they only way to review this film is to spoil it so here we go. We have the young beautiful Jennifer (Charlee Danielson) who was born with seven clits, yes, I just said seven! She is impossible to satisfy because of the gender disorder (or is it a blessing?). She is such as fiend sexually and wants to finally be satisfied that sometimes she accidently kills her partners. In due time she comes across a male version much like herself name Batz (Anthony Sneed ). He does not seven penises, but he does have a monster one that goes out at night and kills and cause massive organisms. Okay are you still here?

This film has some of the crazy’s special effects of organs you will see, there is lot of blood and gore, mutant babies, wrestling penises, a jerking machine and some extreme wrongness that I could go on and on. Just watch the damn film! This is a trash classic!

Rating:  If you have no idea who Frank Henenlotter is just walk away as he is one of the gods of horror trash much like Lloyd Kaufman. I personally love the grindhouse trash of horror so of course I am going to enjoy this film as I love to see stuff push the boundaries or wrongness. This is a film which I can say sits well in my collection along with Frankenhooker, Basket Case, Brain Damage or even Nekromantik. Charlee Danielson is beautiful in this film and should be cherished in the world of horror. All Hail the Queen of the 7 Clits!

8/10 Beers! (Trash factor high)

Frankenhooker (1990)

Frankenhooker (1990)

Storyline: A medical student tries to bring his girlfriend back to life by using parts of hookers.

MV5BMTc3NjY5NTk0Ml5BMl5BanBnXkFtZTcwMjg1OTQ1MQ@@__V1_SY317_CR5,0,214,317_Review (Spoils): A medical student named Jeffery (James Lorinz) losses his girlfriend to a crazy lawnmower accident. Her parts are shot across the yard and he steals her head. He gets creative and does a blue print of the human body and how he is going to recreate his girlfriend. In this he has a massive party with drugs and knocks off some hookers so he can use their body parts for the revival of his girlfriend.

Night of the storm and lord behold the frankenhooker  (Patty Mullen )is alive with her blue hair and all. The only problem is she is mad and only remembers certain lines from the hookers nothing that represents his girlfriend.

We have lots of T&A hookers, exploding hookers, body parts flying, power drill in the head, a nasty bloody lawnmower accident and some funny times.

Rating:  I actually liked this movie. It was silly and that’s the whole point of it.  It’s a B movie but entertaining as I was not expecting much when it comes to classic films but I get it. The whole frankenhooker was funny and I love the facial expressions and the lines. Funny as hell and for some weird reason Patty Mullen was hot in her blue hair and Frankenstein heels.

Review (Spoils):  Frank Henenlotter you have done it again! We have the young horny Brian (Rick Hearst) who becomes dependant on this small bluish penis shaped alien that actually is a great singer. He becomes over taken by him (he names himself Elmer) as the brain attached sicko injects a hormone into his brain who makes him fly high. But Brian gets caught up in the slaughter as Elmer craves brains. Brian starts to search for floozies, druggies and any low life to help Elmer get his needs so that he can get his too. Keep an eye out for the classic blow job scene.

This movie is fun, sick, twisted and better than Basket Case. Elmer becomes a classic horror monster of the B-movies of horror of the 80s. Rick Hearst does a great job playing the addict and Elmer is just so damn cute.

Rating:  Elmer rocks! This movie is so messed up on so many levels that it cannot go wrong.  This is one of favourite B-Horror films as it’s just so distasteful and it’s a trip all in its own. Grab some serious pints for this one and enjoy the ride!

Review (Spoils): Welcome to the strange!  The movie starts with Duane Bradley (Kevin Van Hentenryck) who is on the run and hunt to find a doctor so in through dream sequences that removed a simaese brother from him.  We learn that his brother who he keeps in a basket is so deformed that the doctors were going to dispose him.  This movie is a classic when comes to B horror films. What’s not to love we have a deformed playdough creature that wants to kill and wants nobody to come between him and his brother. This film has lost of red eyes, creepy screams, blood, gore and even some weirdness (which is Frank Henenlotter style) prime example is the scene with the receptionist Sharon (Terri Susan Smith).

Rating:  Are you ready for bad acting but a real fun film? I love this type of thing this is what makes horror fun. Being a Troma fan I get what Frank Henenlotter is doing here and I love it. Now I will be honest it is not masterpiece but it is a staple in horror films of monsters from the 80s.
