The leader of the discovery, Professor Julian Fuchs (Andrew Keir ) daughter Margaret (Valerie Leon) has nightmares over the expeditions and he presents her a ruby ring of the lost queen. When he does this he notices the closeness resembles of the dead queen and his daughter (including the breasts). What they do not know is when Margaret places the ring on the spirit of the evil queen has entered her body and people start to die.

This film bring us some of the classic Hammer erotic women and costumes, a severed hand, a larger than life ruby ring, the breasts of Margaret, some blood, a ritual of the queen and some of the same breasts but from Queen Tera. This film could of been scripted better as I found the film very slow and there was nothing really that stood out except for the breasts of Valerie Leon.

Rating: This was a very slow paced Hammer film which could have been a whole lot more. Originally a Bram Stoker’s novel I was expecting a lot more haunting terror not just a severed hand.
